Traditionally used as a Thai salad dressing, our medium spicy sauce can  be used as a dipping sauce, or poured over any salad, meat or seafood and enjoy!

I first dreamed up this sauce when I moved to Australia nearly 30 years ago. Whenever I missed home, I’d think about Thai food and my mum’s cooking — especially the little bowl of dipping sauce she always kept on the table.

She used to say, “This sauce goes with everything!” And she was right.
It made every meal brighter, fresher, more delicious.

As a kid, I wasn’t allowed to “interfere” in the kitchen, so I learned by secretly watching her cook. Years later, in Melbourne, I started recreating those flavours for myself, then for my children, and eventually in my own Thai restaurant in Kew.

Now, I’ve bottled that same family recipe so you can taste it too. My NAM JIM Everything Dressing is a balance of sour, salty, sweet, and spicy — just like Thailand itself — it’s the sauce that brings people together.
